This long station necklace descends through ovals of black stone in lace-edged gold frames, crystal flower links and clusters of pearls, gathering at a carved golden crest. The pendant is a jewel in itself: a black heart lettered with a golden V, set over a rayed cross with pearls at its points and black drops falling below.
