Two cherubs, sharing one extremely serious mood.

The pendant of this necklace is a pair of large sculpted cherub heads pressed cheek to cheek, gilded and hand-painted, with expressions of deep cherubic concern. Along the chain hang heart-shaped plaques of blue-marbled stone in ornate golden frames, clusters of pearls, and – above and below the twins – two miniature framed scenes on pearl-bow links, like tiny devotional pictures carried in procession.

Sacred, a little melancholy, and completely uninterested in being subtle about either.

Materials: resin figures, marbled stone, faux pearls, gold-tone metal.
