Gold monkeys with turquoise bellies grin along the collar, each with a round turquoise medallion swinging below; between them stare two huge blue evil eyes fringed in crystals, and two little gold watches tick away above. Turquoise-studded links finish the chain. The see-no-evil committee, off duty.
