Shipping: I strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. I ship using United States Postal Service (USPS), only. I do not use FedEx or UPS. Orders shipped via
USPS will include delivery confirmation and tracking number when available. I typically
ship orders by Priority Mail. However, if you require faster delivery, I will ship the your order using Express Priority
upon request, for additional cost.
For International orders, shipping rates and time of arrival vary by location. Please inquire via email.
Note for PayPal payers: Orders will be shipped to the registered address on your PayPal account unless otherwise notified.
I'm always happy to combine shipping on multiple items but I can't always predict the prices in advance. Please send me a quick note, which includes your zip code and the items you are interested in -- I'll get right back to you with a revised shipping quote. I almost always respond within the hour of receiving any email.
Refunds: Upon receiving your item, if it is damaged or not consistent with what you ordered, please let me know. I want you to be 100% satisfied. In such cases, I will refund or exchange the item(s). In all other cases, I have a No Refund / No Return policy.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are not available. Pieces that are custom made or custom fitted are not returnable.
Rental & Donations: These services are not available.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me anytime. In addition, Zibellini offers a repair service. If you lose a stone or break something and it is repairable, you can send the item back to me and it will be fixed, you just need to cover the shipping both ways.
